Meet Our Founder
My name is Justice Dr Theophilus Tayi Tatsi, and I am a judge on the Court of Appeal in Buea, Cameroon. I hold a doctorate in law, with a particular emphasis on simplified procedures for the administration of justice.
I have over 35 years of experience in the Magistracy and currently serve as a 4th-grade Magistrate. I have been the Secretary General of the North West Magistrates’ Club and the Editor-in-Chief of the South West Magistrates’ Club, contributing to approximately 13 publications of the South West Magistrates Journal.
Additionally, I served as the Secretary General of the Commonwealth Magistrates and Judges Club of Cameroon and am a life member of the Commonwealth Magistrates and Judges Club. I have attended several general assembly meetings, conferences, trainings, and Triennial meetings of the Commonwealth Magistrates’ and Judges’ Association.
As a researcher and legal content writer, I focus on legal and judicial reform, drawing insights from my professional career and the collective experiences of the judiciaries within the Commonwealth Magistrates and Judges Association.
I am the Chief Executive Officer of Guajus.
